about

Considered by many to be one of Ron's very best albums, it's certainly a wheel barrel full of fun and a big seller.

Manic Organic was Ron's intentional diversion and foray into making a very FUN and fascinating record that blends old-time mountain music, dark Americana, outrageously absurd country tunes, and Ron's characteristic blast of clever & humorous lyrics.

This is perhaps the first time in history that three world-famous Upright Bass Players have appeared on the same record! Ron intentionally sought out Dennis Crouch, Dave Roe, and Scott Mulvahill for this project.

Buy this album and join in the fun, from "If I Had A Hammer" to "Don't Tell Me Don't" to "Emmylou Harris" to "40 Days & 40 Nights"....

And finally, one of Ron's all-time personal favorites of all the songs he's ever written -- "Used To Be".
